Research topics focus on stereotypes and ways to overcome them.

Lots of research was dealing, for example, with older workers without acknowledging that the denomination as older worker might be perceived by most persons as discriminatory. Hence labels of research can try to correct this. Therefore, my research only uses the term experienced persons.

Already in the post-industrial economy workers have become more rare in the classical sense of a production line worker. Abundant service sector jobs pose new challenges quite different from the industrial worker image.

Some new basic research and policy analyses deal with post-materialist perspectives on the employment relationship and, more forward-loooking even, in the post-carbon economy.

The new, additional location of my research in the vicinity of the EUREF-campus in Berlin is an experimental city location of the new infrastructure and life arrangements.
